Will OptiMums Maternity Coaching help a father who has been on paternity leave / parental leave?

Yes. Being away from work for a long period of time creates a disconnect. OptiMums Maternity Coaching is effective because it helps minimise that sense of a gap between employer and employee. Each module builds into a pack that helps employees successfully prepare to leave work and later feel confident as they get ready to reintegrate. The principles used and the tools provided for download are based in common sense and will apply equally well for a father as a mother. Fathers are equally able to request flexible working after childbirth.

Will OptiMums Maternity Coaching help someone who has been away from work on adoption leave?

I can see that Mums Chat is faith based. Does OptiMums Maternity Coaching refer to Christianity?

No. OptiMums Maternity Coaching is purely practical.

Executive Coaching FAQ’s

Do you only provide Executive Coaching for female executives?

No. OptiMums offers coaching for men and women from Middle Management up to Senior Management and Managing Director level.

I can see that Mums Chat is faith based. Does OptiMums Executive Coaching refer to Christianity?

No, faith is not part of the OptiMums Executive Coaching service. It is however important and helpful for clients to know that their coach has a moral compass and where that compass points. In addition you know your coach will guide you through each session with integrity to values. You are then better able to assess from the chemistry / taster session whether OptiMums Coaching meets your needs.

What is a chemistry / taster session?

This is a free, no obligation, 20 minute chat over the phone with Marianne that allows a potential client to assess whether OptiMums Executive coaching is right for them. It also allows Marianne the opportunity to assess whether the client requires coaching or something different. Marianne will suggest an alternative intervention if she believes coaching is not the best route.

How do I book Optimums Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching sessions are booked via the Contact page in blocks of 6 sessions per person. The date and time of each coaching session is booked direct with the coaching client. Payment for Executive Coaching is usually arranged through the clients Human Resources department with the provision of a Purchase Order number. In a similar way to training - invoicing and payment is in advance of receipt of coaching. The 6 coaching sessions are usually scheduled over a 12 month period.

Some businesses grant employees an allocation each year to fund their own well being provision. This can be discussed for any OptiMums or Mums Chat service.

How do I book my free 20 min Executive Coaching taster session?

Please use the Contact page to book your free taster session. It would also be useful to contact your HR department to inform them that you are exploring this route. They can then advise how OptiMums can be set up as a new supplier of services to your company.

Can I buy Mums Chat membership as a gift for someone?

Yes but not directly through the website. Please click on the Contact button and use the Contact form. You will be able to pre-purchase a voucher code for your intended recipient to use on the website in order to buy the membership package you chose for them. This ensures your recipient sets up their own membership login and has access from the date they choose to purchase membership.
