OptiMums does not use cookies to track website visitors or for marketing - the only time an essential cookie is used is to protect your security while processing a credit card payment through this site.

Your data is kept in accordance with the OptiMums Data Retention Policy, which is:

Contact details and personal notes from coaching sessions will be retained for as long as you remain a client plus 2 years. Your coaching notes can be destroyed earlier at your request.

The right to request a copy of your personal data which OptiMums holds about you;

The right to request that OptiMums corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
